Please don’t unzip HeavenFire to a folder path which contains special letters or
symbols。Make sure Heavenfire folder path is English letters and numbers only.
- Bad account id or password! What should I do?
You have entered a wrong username or password. Pls check it and try again(Maybe
you added a space or blank), or you may have lost your password ,you can ask your
seller to reset it , but you need to provide your HeavenFire account ID and your
charge card number both.
- No days left in your account!
You have no days left on your account so you need to charge with a Heavenfire charge
card.
- Game window shows just black and nothing happened.
Please enter the Heavenfire folder, find ‘plugin’ folde, delete both ‘shop.js’ and
‘shop.xml’ fire .
- Copy info problem
go to cfg/template in the heavenfire folder.
Copy the files into go to cfg/users/<char name>
- Bot Invalid
This error means that you have lost connection with hf or someone is logged in on
another computer. You have to relog again.
- I got ‘ret=1’ and ‘init(2) failed’ error :S
Please disable your UAC , and make both knightonline.exe and heavenfire loader.exe
file properties ‘run as it would windows XP(sp2)’.

The path can't have special chars(non-english) it has to be english characters.

bad: C:\Documents And Settings\Desktop\Do?s\heavenfire
good: C:\Documents And Settings\Desktop\Docs\heavenfire
but if you don't want to make any mistakes use C:\heavenfire

Yes, the free-trial time is from 12:00 am to 14:00 pm (Istanbul time)

Make sure you wait 24 hours until you panic. The email could take some time because
of lag and the company working time. If you haven't received it after 24 hours,
contact the seller or MMOBOT.NET.

You should contact your seller and supply the information we need: Your Heavenfire
account id and your charge card code number.

A:If any people got this "Assertion failed" problem. Please try these method:
1. Don't start the game first, login HeavenFire then start game.(From bot or manually…

2. Delete your bot folder and re-install Heavenfire.
- How do I run multiple heavenfires?
You need 2 different Heavenfire accounts to make multi-clients! Or you need an account
with credits (the more clients you open, the more credits it consume)
